2011-09-26: News regarding the AGM on the 27th
Due to the delay of recieving the 2009 accounts the 2010 accounts have just been completed and will be published later this week. Therefore the 2009 and 2010 accounts will not be tabled during tomorrows share holders meeting. This will be done in another share holders meeting which will take place during the month of october. A date for the other share holders meeting will be announced in due course.
2011-09-21: News regarding the reverse split
Due to new requirements on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE) Solarmag will perform a reverse split of the shares before the 30th of September. The dead line of 30 September 2011 is set by the FSE. Company's which don't comply with this requirement as September 30th 2011 will be de-listed from the FSE. The Frankfurt stock exchange now requires a nominal value of at least €0,10. Hence the traded price does not affect the possibility to perform the reverse split. The current nominal value is €0,01 and that will be changed to €0,10 before the 30th of September through a 10 to 1 reverse split. |
