There is of course also the possibility of the Cameroonian Government will award new permits, but over a much smaller area encompassing the mines only.But then what? No money from China equals no project, which ever way you want to spin it. Then who is going to stump up the cash for the Congo mines? Short of coming up with a few billion dollars now, the only thing I can see happening if SDL is granted new leases for another 3 years is China starving SDL for another 3 years, Guillio doing another 6 capital raisings and SDL having 14 Billion shares on offer in three years time. But HEY, hopefully I'm wrong!"
