Die Chinesen wollen die nächsten Jahre einige Kernkraftwerke neu bauen und haben derzeit Lieferträge in Australien abgeschlossen.

Der Energiemangel wird m.E. nur durch die weitere Nutzung von Kernkraft behebbar sein. Also wird Uran gefragt sein wie nie.

Spiel. Ein Genehmigungsverfahren in Wyoming zum Abbau des Erzes dauert halt nur 25 bis 30 Monate während man in Canada für die gleiche Geschichte 10 Jahre braucht. Ich habe es bei Golden Phoenix (Molydänabbau) selber erlebt wie schnell die Amerikaner mit den Genehmigungen sind, davon können die deutschen Firmen hier Zulande nur davon träumen. Eine lammende Bürokratie bremst jeden Unternehmensgeist aus!

NORTHERN CANADIAN ANNOUNCES STIRLING INVESTOR RELATIONS AGREEMENT

Northern Canadian Minerals Inc. has entered into an investor relations agreement with Stirling Investor Relations Inc. of Calgary, Alta.

The agreement is for an initial three months, effective April 1, 2006, with further term renewals to be negotiated. Consideration is $3,500 per month plus approved disbursements and 60,000 stock options exercisable at 51 cents per share. These options are exercisable until April 1, 2008, and will vest over a 12-month period.

NORTHERN CANADIAN ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF 5 MILLION UNITS

Northern Canadian Minerals Inc. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to five million units at a price of 50 cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $2.5-million. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half share purchase warrant of the company. Each whole share purchase warrant will entitle the holder, on exercise, to purchase one additional common share of the company at a price of 65 cents per share at any time until the close of business on the day which is one year from the date of issue of the warrant.

Northern Canadian Increases Financing to up to 7 Million Units
Vancouver, British Columbia – April 6, 2006 – Northern Canadian Minerals Inc. (TSX Venture Exchange: NCA; Frankfurt Stock Exchange: N4I; OTC BB: NCADF) (“Northern Canadian” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, due to high demand, the number of units offered in its previously announced non-brokered private placement on April 4, 2006 is increased from 5,000,000 units to up to 7,000,000 units. The units consist of one common share and one-half share purchase warrant at $0.50 per unit. Each whole share purchase warrant will entitle the holder, on exercise, to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.65 per share at any time until the close of business on the day which is one year from the date of issue of the warrant.

A finder’s fee of 7% will be paid on a portion of the private placement.

NORTHERN CANADIAN ANNOUNCES EUROPEAN INVESTOR RELATIONS FIRM

Vancouver, British Columbia – April 6, 2006 – Northern Canadian Minerals Inc. (TSX Venture Exchange: NCA; Frankfurt Stock Exchange: N4I; OTC BB: NCADF) (“Northern Canadian” or the “Company”) has entered into an investor relations agreement with Small Cap Invest Ltd. SCI is a European public relations firm for small and medium-sized public companies with Alexander Friedrich as president and chief executive officer. SCI will provide investor relations advisory services to the company, including, but not limited to, translating the company's corporate information and establishing a profile of the company with French and German-speaking financial and institutional investors.
In consideration for its services, the company will pay a fee of 5,000 euros per month plus expenses. SCI will receive 300,000 stock options exercisable at 50 cents per share for a two-year period. This agreement becomes effective April 10, 2006, for an initial three-month term and is subject to a 15-day termination clause by either party.

The agreement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and the granting of these options is subject to both regulatory approval and to shareholder approval at the company's next annual general meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 30, 2006

wenn immer mehr Investoren solche Geldsummen bereitstellen dann ist das ein sehr gutes zeichen und zeigt das ganze Vertrauen die diese Leute in die Firma stecken.

So eine Aktien wie Northern findet man nicht alle Tage. Besonderes Augenmerk sollte man auf die Leute bei NCA werfen. Die können es und haben es schon bewiesen!
Marktwer z.Z. 7,9 mio CAD ist spottbillig und die Firma in erst am Anfang!

Fazit: Nutzt die Gelegenheit zum Kauf! Northern wird sich sehr schnell verdoppeln.

Ganz langsam kommen auch hier in Deutschland auf den Geschmack diese Firma etwas genauer anzuschauen! Wenn Northern Canadian erst einmal in einen Börsenbief erscheint sind wir und die anderen die dieses Potential erkannt haben bereits voll investiert. Ob hier in ein paar Jahren neben Dejour eine weitere CAMECO entsteht halte ich für möglich!
