Interesting!

HYON will together with Hexagon Purus and Norwegian Hydrogen, host a presentation during Norshipping 2023 in Oslo

+++

We’re just two weeks away from #NorShipping 2023, and we couldn’t be more excited to share that we’re hosting a joint event with Norwegian Hydrogen and Hexagon Purus!

Together, we invite you to a technical session on June 8, exploring hydrogen’s role in the maritime industry and its journey towards decarbonization. After an hour deep-dive on the hydrogen value chain, we’ll gather for an afterwork in the stand area to continue the conversations.

Mark the dates in your calendars!

I think this is the job of norwegian hydrogen to produce hydrogen...

How, where and when will Hyon enter the game?

Market value is ridiculous as well as daily trading volume in Oslo,
they should go for a revers split.
13.06.23 23:21 #263 Hydrogen production
well, how will a reverse split help the volume ?

ps! this is Norwegian Hydrogen to produce the Hydrogen, then you have Provaris Energy as shipowner, owning the ships.
then someone are to "transport" the Hydrogen from the shore and lnto the vessels....
could that be where HYON might fit in?... WHY ?  well, since that is what HYON are doing....

but lets see, fingers crossed

23.06.23 07:54 #267 Reverse Split
would enable a better trading volume
as spread nowadays is 20 % (!) with this very low.

What's up with Hyon?

No news nothing?
27.06.23 15:44 #268 next HYON contract ? - Hydrogen in Norway
Hey,

Here is a further update regarding Norwegian Hydrogen's factory plans in Norway
I am pretty sure HYON is a subcontractor to this factory

this is from the counterpart's profile (the shipowners transporting the Compressed hydrogen from Norway to Germnay ?)

should be able to release own press releases if applicable.

Rest seems to be wishful thoughts ;-)
28.06.23 10:46 #270 Hydrogen Factory in Norway
well, all that is happening in the future is based on hope i guess :-)

but yes, if/when applicable, then an own press release will be what matters for sure

until further we just have to try to connect the dots i guess

further from Provaris

Australia-based Provaris aims to offer its compressed hydrogen supply chain solution as an alternative to ammonia as a hydrogen carrier in upcoming European projects. The company aims to have its solutions ready for when both Europe and Australasia have matured production projects in a few years’ time.

Martin Carolan, Provaris Managing Director and CEO, says recent announcements relating to ports and pipelines in Europe indicate they are getting ready for hydrogen delivery from 2027. This fits with his timeframe for offering a competitive alternative. Already partnered with Norwegian Hydrogen, he is in talks with companies in the UK, Germany and southern Europe. The company is ideally targeting supply that is less than 1,000 nautical miles to port, and up to 2,000 nautical miles, where Carolan says Provaris’s compressed hydrogen transport solution is “super competitive.”

28.06.23 17:00 #272 nice video
but sorry to say ... again...
zero impact for Hyon's application in this project.

29.06.23 11:00 #273 Hydrogen Factory in Norway
Well,

until there has been any official contracts your are correct,

BUT i think 2 things:

1) whatever happens in the Compressed Maritime Hydrogen Space is good for HYON
2) I do think they will get contracts on this. Norwegian Hydrogen etc cannot sign subcontractors before the funding is in place

when this happens, the price will be much higher. Therefor I buy the stock with more speculation and more risk. On the other side, I get more profit if HYON succeed

but but, only time will tell :-)

06.07.23 15:45 #275 News
Drammen, Norway, 5 July 2023 Hyon AS (HYON) ("Company") announces that its Board
of Directors (the "Board") has initiated a strategic review process to explore
strategic options available to the Company.

The technology development process in Hyon is on schedule and the cooperation
with the technology partners is very good. The Company is well positioned to
deliver solutions for high-capacity hydrogen fuelling systems to the maritime
market. At the same time, we observe a delayed development and adoption of
hydrogen solutions in general and especially in the maritime market. This
situation causes delays and cancellations in potential contract awards for Hyon.

With this background, the Board has initiated the strategic review process to
investigate opportunities with the aim to secure shareholder value and to secure
funding to pursue the Company's development plans. The Company has available
cash to cover its operations to year end 2023.

The Company continues to explore strategic alternatives, including financing,
structural alternatives, government supported R&D programs and other relevant
market opportunities. No assurances can be given as to the outcome or timing of
the review process.
